General Manager with an independent restaurant, exceptional service and relaxed atmosphere.
As General Manager you will be responsible for the guest experience- making sure they are always happy and helping maintain the smooth running of this Slick operation.
My client has a couple of high profile restaurants in London with great reputation.
We need a strong, polished individual with experience in managing busy restaurants.

We are looking for a General Manager with stable experience.
You:

Polished, well-spoken, customer-focused and used to working in high turnover environments.
Able to lead a team of over 80 staff members.
Great commercial awareness
Real presence on the floor
