Our client is an internationally established restaurant group, looking for an experienced General Manager to manage and lead an already dynamic team in their Central London branch. They offer excellent training and development coupled with lots of potential for progression.

As General Manager you will be responsible for:

Delivering exceptional customer service
Leading, coaching, developing and motivating the team.
Ensure service remains high at all times
Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar.
Being financially accountable for all aspects of the business.

General Manager experience:

You’ve already managed a busy, high turnover restaurant.
Previous experience in a quality operation with a high standard of service.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Profit and loss experience
