It's a new position in a new location for this most engaging small Company. Long-established, it makes bespoke and often complex light steel fabrications for a specialised and thriving niche market.

The Owner/founder's focus is now squarely on the strategic vision for the business, so the General Manager will be absolutely central in driving the longer-term growth of the company, a good slice of which is already secured in future orders.

We're looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:

Strong commercial skills, ideally with bottom-line accountability.
Solid hands-on metal fabrication experience.
The skills and mindset to, effectively, run your own business.
Computer literate, competent with drawings of 3D structures, both on paper and (ideally) AutoCAD.
And someone able to harness and grow the considerable talents of the existing manufacturing team.

Hands-on Manufacturing Computer literate, competent with drawings of 3D structures, both on paper and (ideally) AutoCAD.
Commercial flair, business development
Steel fabrication, including bespoke designs.
Managing and motivating a right bunch of characters!
