For any General Manager, Fuller’s is a special company to work for. You’ll get lots of help and support from Head Office when you need it, but also plenty of encouragement to put your own spin on the pub.
You can take plenty of pride in the role too, knowing that Fuller’s Ales, food and service has a reputation as some of the very best in the business.
You’ll need to be commercially minded, making the right decisions to keep customers pouring through the doors. Importantly though, you’ll be a people-person too - mindful that to many, you’re still a good old-fashioned ‘Landlord’.
And of course, you’ll have a team to look after. So we’re looking for somebody with true leadership qualities – able to keep both the customers and the team smiling.

Located a stone’s throw from Earls Court High Road and tube station, the pub offers the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the Kings Heads amazing selection of craft Beers, Gins and fantastic food. Having recently been through a major refurbishment, the pub is beautifully decorated and furnished with a bright, airy bar area located on the ground floor. Upstairs is where customers can enjoy a more formal experience in the perfectly appointed dining room. The food offer is all about premium fresh food with a great selection of lighter and vegetarian dishes which caters perfectly for the customer base. In addition, the pub runs a super popular wings and craft beer night every Wednesday.

Located away from the main road which its self is a hot spot for pubs and restaurants, you really need to reach out and shout about what a great place the Kings Head is via local and social media.
