General Manager - High End Gastro Pub – The Three Cranes – Garlick Hill

Salary £35k (bonus will be a share of operational profit)
Monday – Friday with no Weekends.
We are currently looking for an exceptional General Manager to join our team to open, develop and grow the newly refurbished Three Cranes on Garlick Hill (near Mansion House).
To be successful in the role you will:
• Oversee the commercial running of the food and beverage operation with full P and L and reporting accountability.
• Be the ‘host’ of the Three Cranes, and welcome our local, regular and new guests in a warm friendly manner
• Share our passion and love of modern British food, and worldwide Beers and wines with both the team and our customers
• Work closely with the Head Chef and team to develop a high-end food offer.
• Exceed customer service expectations and seek innovative ways to drive trade locally
• Inspire and motivate the team, keeping them engaged and energised.
• Be an expert in licensing and all areas of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the team at Holborn Leisure (Henry Harris, Chef Director and ex Racine’s, James Mcculloch, Managing Director and Shane Styles, Finance and Operations Director ex The Only Running Footman in Mayfair and The Portman in Marylebone) in developing their existing and new portfolio of high end gastro pubs.
Holborn Leisure currently own the renowned Harcourt in Marylebone and are redeveloping five further famous London pubs with two due to open this winter and a further 3 early to mid 2022: The Coach in Clerkenwell, the most famously Truscott Arms in Maida Vale, The Three Cranes in Mansion House, The KPH in Ladbroke Grove and a new acquisition in Chiswick. It’s a great opportunity to develop in a new and expanding business.
