Who are we?
Pure is a very successful and fast-growing group of healthy, fast-food restaurants across Central London. Our menu focuses on fresh, natural and delicious food and drink.
With fourteen sites already open, Pure has recently received significant investment to double in size over the next few years. We already have a team of 260 + people feeding over 50,000 Londoners every week either in-store or via our delivery service and we are looking for the very best people to join our growing team.
Who are We are looking for?
We are looking for General Managers who share our values and passion for wanting to be the very best. We are hunting for existing and experienced General Managers, at the very top of their game. We will also consider experienced Assistant Managers running high volume stores in Food Retail.
You will currently be working in a fast-paced, high volume role with a proven track record of bringing the very best out of your team. Happy and organized teams drive sales and you will be an expert at inspiring and motivating those around you.
What will your duties be?
General Managers are wholly responsible for their Pure shop. They are accountable for developing fantastic teams, driving their sales and profits, improving standards and WOWing every guest.
You will be joining a close family, who have successfully grown Pure over the last few years and love what we do. Pure is an exciting, fast-paced and varied environment at a very exciting time in our expansion. If you want to play an instrumental role in this expansion, this is the job for you.
Salary and bonus:
• Your annual salary will depend on your experience and the size of shop you end up managing (some of our team are 15 people and some are 40 people)
• Salary: from £24,000 to £32,000 pa + bonus!
• You will be eligible to quarterly paid bonus of up to 40% of your total package
