Female Support Workers in London

Salary: £8.50 during probation £9 after
Allowances: Sleep In Allowance £40.00 per sleep in (if required)
Hours of work: Shift, including evening and weekends (we have full-time and part-time positions available)

The Role:
To support tenants to live valued lives within the community. This may include provision of personal, emotional, social and physical support on a shift work basis. To undertake specific additional responsibilities as part of the supported living team and at all times to work in accordance with Heritage Care’s policies and procedures.
You will need to have:

At least 1 years’ experience working with learning disabilities.
Have a passion for care and supporting people.
Be able to demonstrate an understanding of person-centred planning.
Be a keen team player with good listening skills.
Have an NVQ / QCF in health and social care. As well as being able to demonstrate a good standard of written and numeracy skills as well as good basic IT skills.
Good communication is necessary as you will need to work positively with other people, including family, other staff and social and health care professionals.
