Driver required? Desirable (essential for some shifts)
Use of a car? On duty
Essential experience: Supporting young children with additional needs.
Start Date:  as soon as possible

Amy is 9 years old and we are looking to recruit support workers to join her small home care team. Amy has cerebral palsy; she is an exuberant and extremely sociable young girl with a great sense of humour who thoroughly enjoys playing games, cooking, arts/crafts and pursuing her leisure interests of skiing, sailing, swimming and theme parks.
We need fun candidates with energetic personalities who can keep up with a dynamic young girl. You must be experienced in supporting young children with additional needs, especially a child with complex physical and communication difficulties.
Hours available:
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday 5.00pm – 9.00pm and Sunday 8.00am – 5.00pm.
School holidays: Monday to Friday: 5.00pm – 9.00pm, Monday, Tuesdays 9am – 5pm and Thursday (alternating week) 8am – 5pm.
Term-time: Monday 6.45am – 8.45am and 2.30pm – 8.00pm (driving essential) Tuesday 6.45am – 8.45am and 5.00pm – 9.00pm Wednesday 6.45am – 11am (driving essential) and 4.00pm – 9.00pm Thursday 6.45am – 11.00am (driving essential)
