The role:
They are seeking a talented and passionate chef who can run a section as a demi chef de partie. You will ensure your section is ready for service. This role will include all the normal demi chef de partie duties.

experience:
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, have an eye for detail and fantastic knife skills. You will either be a current demi chef de partie or higher chef role.
