The job role of Demi Chef de Partie:
SUSHISAMBA® London is an extremely busy, fast paced fine-dining operation, offering the most superior blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine.
The pastry team is now looking for a dynamic Demi Chef de Partie to join the very successful team as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are extremely passionate about food and eager to learn.

The Ideal candidate for Demi Chef de Partie:

Previous experience working within a similar restaurant setting as Demi Chef de Partie.
You must be ambitious and have the desire to learn and grown within your craft.
Flexible availability, working any 4 days a week between Monday – Sunday.
Being deeply respectful of diversity and individuality.
Take full ownership in your role, fostering entrepreneurial spirit and celebrate initiative-taking.
