A great opportunity has arisen for a Demi Chef de Partie to work in a 5 star hotel in Chelsea, London. This hotel is part of a large hotel group so great opportunities for progression.
The hotel boasts 4 amazing restaurants that serves modern contemporary British, Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
What we are looking for:
• Previous experience working in a 4* or 5* hotel as a demi chef de partie
• experience within fine dining restaurants/brasseries or high volume high end food establishments
• Flexible with working times
• Commitment and passion for the hospitality industry
As a demi chef de partie you will be required to work 5 days out of 7, 40-45 hours a week. It would be beneficial if you are able to start as soon as possible
