LA Muscle are one of the leading sports supplements providers in the UK and we are looking to recruit a driven and confident individual to join our fast-paced customer service team.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering queries and taking orders from a range of methods ranging including telephone calls, emails, live help and left messages.
Staff require an in depth knowledge of our products and services of which full training will be provided.
You will also be providing advice to customers on which products are best for them and will help them reach their health and fitness goals based on their requirements.
experience is not essential but you must have the ability to demonstrate a fantastic customer focus, strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond.
You must be a strong team player who values the people you work with and for, demonstrating respect and behaving with integrity. We are looking for reliable, performance driven people who want variety within the work place.
Full time - 40 hours per week. Hours of work will vary with shifts from 8am-5pm and 9.30am-6.30pm.
Salary is £18-20k per annum with opportunities for commission based on sales targets as well as overtime when required.
