A vacancy has arisen for a full time Customer Service person in our busy health club on Richmond Hill.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused person to join our front of house team.
Join our friendly team of staff and gain experience in customer service and other areas of the business.
About the role
You will work as part of the team assisting in delivering the highest standards of customer service and striving towards improving clients satisfaction levels at all times
You will demonstrate a friendly and professional manner at all times both on the telephone and when meeting and greeting members within the club
You will adhere to the standard operating procedures of the club and support the club administration process
In addition to dealing with customers face to face you will deal with phone inquiries, bookings and implementing good operational systems, membership, show rounds, you may be required to help in other departments like the fitness and swim school or working alongside the sales and marketing team.
We are looking for the following-
experience in handling customers and passionate about offering an exceptional service
Experienced in member show rounds and up selling to high end clientele within a 5 star environment
Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy times.
Experienced in dealing with swimming pools, spa pool, sauna and steam
An enthusiastic and driven individual, able to meet targets and deadlines
Excellent communicator with good command of the English Language
You will have strong sales ability with a flair for marketing
Have till experience and cashing up
IT, administration skills and multi task
Previous of experience of working in either a spa, health club or hotel would be an advantage

Shift hours 6.00am - 14.00pm early
2.00pm - 22.00pm late
