Customer Service Needed in London

- Trans-Fast is a remittance company in London, specialized in money transfer to Brazil, Portugal and many South American countries. Trans-Fast has been assisting more than 44.000 customers since 2002, making it one of the most experienced remittance companies in London to work in these specific remittance corridors.
At Trans-Fast we highly value each and everyone of our customers. Like so, our customer service staff is one of the most important roles in our company.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a highly effective customer service representative that will deal with current and prospective customers and assist them with all queries regarding their money transfer orders.
- You will mainly be giving phone and email support to our Portuguese speaking community (Brazil + Portugal)
- You will also be working in our agency in London (next to Victoria Station) to assist customers directly and give face-to-face support.
- You will be working in a fast-paced and multi-cultural team.
Job requirements:
- Portuguese native speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in english. Be able to speak spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Be able to answer the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper phone etiquette.
- Proactive in resolving all customer inquiries and motivated to do the extra-mile in each request in order to WOW Trans-Fast customers.
- Effective handling of customer complaints and escalating them internally.
- Be able to showcase Trans-Fast advantages to potential customers while focused to convert them in loyal advocates.
- Comfortable to multi-task
- Good computer skills (office, web applications)
- Flexible work schedule (ability to work on weekends)
- Previous experience in the financial field is a plus, although is not necessary.
