The Commis Chef role involves;

Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen.
Preparing and presenting dishes that make our customers want to come back.
Managing food hygiene – using Safer Food Better Business.

What we are looking for a Commis chef with;

A passion for fresh food and seasonality
A positive one team attitude – happy to engage with chefs, front of house and customers.
A proven track record in delivering exceptional dishes in a time pressured environment.
