Cooking 50 -120 covers per service
Mazi is aiming for a Michelin star this year. Mazi is considered as the best Greek restaurant in the UK in the aim of revolutionising Greek food.
The successful candidates will have experience in a similar role and enjoy working in a fast paced environment preferably with experience in Mediterranean cuisine (not a must). You must be enthusiastic and have a passion for food.
You will get to work with a celebrity chef that can guide your career and give you a fantastic learning opportunity, as well as development within the company.
Applicants must have no restrictions to working in the UK and be available for interviews and trials immediately.
