Coq d’Argent is a D and D London restaurant that serves classic French food in its spectacular rooftop setting at No.1 Poultry in the City of London. In addition to the main restaurant, the grill offers a less formal menu at lunchtime, while the outdoor terraces and gardens.
Role:
We are looking for passionate Commis Chef to join our team for the busy Summer period and who will deliver exceptional food. At the same time, our Commis Chef will have the food knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience.
What we are looking for:
•Exceptional service standards – only 5 star luxury will do.
•Outstanding attention to detail.
•Ability to work weekends and evenings.
•Previous experience of working as Commis Chef in a similar environment.
•High standards of Health and Safety and food hygiene.
•Consistent, high quality food that reflects our high standards.
•Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
