Commis Chef wanted - The Pagination – Canary Wharf, London.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commis chef.

Roles and responsibility include the following:
• Able to work alone in the evening
• Passion and dedication for producing great tasting fresh food using locally sourced ingredients.
• Responsible for closing kitchen, able to follow cleaning rotas and safe practices.
• Good standards of health and safety and hygiene regulations.
• Cooking experience is a must
• Proven knowledge of all Food Safety practises, to include HACCP, COSHH.

The role is around 45 hours a week, over five days Mon - Fri until beginning of April and then possibilities to work on weekends with 2 days off.
Salary £7.7/hour as a start + service + card tips.
