We are looking for a motivated, energetic, efficient and passionate Chef de partie to join the team in our restaurant in Queens Park, London.
Ostuni is London’s first eatery dedicated to the cuisine and wines of Puglia, a region that represents what Italian food is all about; simplicity and flavour.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you if you are ambitious and eager to delve into the depth and wealth of puglian cuisine while also finding enough creative space to express yourself and extend your repertoire.
As Chef de partie you will be involved in food preparation and cooking on the line during service. You will have the knowledge and skills to run your section and support the head chef in executing the menu. You will achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety while working as part of a team to produce fresh, seasonal and innovative dishes that you will be proud of.

• 7 shifts over 5 working days, 2 days off per week
