A braai is a South African barbecue. Braaing in South Africa is more than just a way to grill your dinner, it's a way of life. It's a time to surround yourself with your friends and family, relax, catch up, make new friends, have a nice cold dop (drink) and truly enjoy the moment. Something of which we don't get to do very often in busy London.
Hammer and Tongs' aim is to unite people who all share a love of eating delicious braai'd steaks and drinking incredible cocktails in the company of an incredible team.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate Sous Chef to join us and work closely with our amazing team or 'Braai Masters' to continue to deliver excellence.
