Full Time Chef de Partie
Full time chef de Partie required in a friendly family run business. We are predominantly a pub but serve high-quality, freshly prepared food. We are looking for a chef that is creative and passionate about food and thrives on making delicious and exciting dishes. Our menu is constantly evolving, which gives our junior chefs plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and techniques.
Our head chef has free-reign over the menu but we like all our chefs to give their input to help create an exciting and well-balanced menu. We have built up a reputation based on the quality of our food, and have already won an award for our Sunday roasts, so this will be an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
We have a strong team both in the kitchen and front of house, so someone who is fun, bubbly and easy going would be an asset. Service can get very busy, particularly at weekends and during the summer months, so someone who Copes well under pressure is a must.
