We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in our busy kitchen.
As Chef De Partie you will work across all the sections, you will have the ability to lead a section, control the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Sous/Head Chef. You will also assist in ordering, hygiene control, and stock rotation.
A background in a busy high volume high street restaurant is required.

You will have:
