Chef de Partie
Location : Kings Road, Chelsea
Salary : 8.50-10.50 per hour depending upon experience.
Located in the heart of Chelsea on the Kings Road, the Chelsea restaurant is small and chic seating up to 70 guests at full capacity.
The London Steakhouse Company is brought to you by Marco Pierre White and James Robertson. The two steakhouses bring the capital the very best quality steaks, grilled and roast meats and fish and a range of timeless puddings, with the majority of the dishes been developed by Marco Pierre White himself.
We are looking for someone who is confident working all sections of the kitchen, including starters, sides and desserts. As we are a small team, we are looking for flexible employees who have a hands-on approach to working.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or Grill Chef to join the kitchen team at our restaurant in Chelsea.
The ideal candidate would have-
•A minimum of 2 years experience
•Passionate about food and consistent execution of all dishes.
•Willingness to learn and develop new techniques.
•Able to work effectively as part of a team and train junior staff.
•Positive outlook and good communication skills.
In return we offer great rates of pay, a company pension scheme, free meals on duty, 50% staff discount when dining at either restaurant, 28 days holiday per year and we are closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
