Kitchen hours: 11pm last orders / 100 – 200 plus evening covers, lunch – predominately private parties
Role Description
Supporting the Executive chef and Head / Sous chef team, responsibilities include:
Daily kitchen management support; working on all kitchen sections including Grill and Pass
Deputising in the Head and Sous chefs’ absence as required
Menu input encouraged; assisting with stock / wastage control; ordering; invoices
Junior team supervision and development; daily compliance procedures and cleaning rosters; kitchen opening and closing duties

Salary and Benefits
£26,000 to £27,000 basic start salary pa
Working 7 shifts from Tuesday to Sunday (finishing 11pm to 12am) + Paid OT
