Breddos Taqueria (opening September 2022) will be a 90 seat restaurant located in Soho focusing on Modern Mexican food, using the best British produce we can get our hands on. The food at breddos is ambitious, challenging and big on flavour - we pride ourselves on creating interesting and unique menus that change daily and with the seasons, with most of the dishes being cooked over fire in a custom pizza oven, asado grill or robata. We grind corn everyday to make masa for our tortillas and continually strive to make our food and menu better.

As a CDP you will:
Run a section in our kitchen
Learn the fundamentals of Mexican cuisine
Be responsible for training commis and ensuring high standards of food hygiene
Manage orders and deliveries
Monitoring waste
