POSITION: CHEF DE PARTIE for CUBITT HOUSE (The Grazing Goat)
SALARY PACKAGE: £26,000 per annum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We would like our Chef de Partie to:
·Manage a section of the kitchen and have the ability to work across the sections
·Ensuring high standards of food preparation are upheld
·Keeping your section clean and organised
·Detailed knowledge of the menu
·Develop and train junior members of the brigade
THE SUCCESSFUL CHEF DE PARTIE:
·Will have at least 1 years’ experience at the level of application
·experience working with a fresh and seasonal food
·Enjoys working in a very busy environment
·Excellent communicator
