This position is in a busy Surbiton restaurant. The responsibilitiesof this position include assisting the head chef in the daily running of the kitchen, helping to train junior chefs, Ordering, and depending on skill level and experience, input on the Menu, as well as running the pass from time to time.
We make all our products in house, and cook to a modern European influenced style standard, with the odd touches from Asia. We are looking for a creative candidate, as we have a rolling regularly changing menu, so passion is everything. Great place to work, fun environment and great colleagues, a well-built structured team and good relations between front of house and back of house. Staff food served after dinner service.
Hours would include working three splits and two straights per week rotating to two splits and three straights the following week, and two days off per week.
