Our bar features the best of British bubbles and craft Beers as well as a range of superfood cocktails, with DJ sessions throughout the evenings and weekends for a refreshing, relaxed vibe.We are looking for individuals to join us that can:Showcase your skills in drink mixing Expert knowledge of wines and spirits Knowing what your diners want and exceeding their expectations Train Junior Bartenders Complete duties in the bar operations manual at start and end of every service Knowledge of duty of care when serving alcohol to all customers Responsible for Bar floats Support Management Team in cost control, waste minimization and revenue generation Passion for delivering excellent customer service Good mannered, sociable and prompt with an outgoing personality.
