The Role
We are looking for classically trained junior bartenders to join our team. If you are looking to improve your knowledge of cocktails and develop your bartending skills then this is the position for you. Working under the supervision and guidance of our talented head bartender you will work to deliver 5* consistent service to our guests, driving sales and maintaining the exceptional standards our guests expect.
About you
Reporting to the Head Bartender and Restaurant and Lounge Manager you will have:
• Basic cocktail making skills – classics are essential
• Barista skills are essential as the bar serves a large quantity of coffee
• A passion for excellent service and genuine passion for your role and the club
• Confidence, enthusiasm and drive to generate revenue for the busy bar
• Ability to read guests and react in an appropriate manner
• Attentive and pro-active approach with the ability to respond quickly to both guest and management requests.
• Immaculate presentation with attention to detail
• Ability and desire to be part of a team
• Excellent English and communication skills
