The position
We are seeking an experienced bartender with a flair for mixology, good inter-personal skills, passion for service.
As a bartender you will work with the bar team and report to Head Bartender to ensure the quality and service of our drinks is consistently of the highest quality. You will be fully responsible for full preparation of the bar mis-en-place and maintaining cleanliness of the bar while on shift. This is very exciting time at The Hyde Bar as our aspiration are high and we want to reach at the level of the best bars in the world.You will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the bar. This is a full time position including evenings and weekends.
The candidate
Essentials:
•Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant or bar environment.
•Good mixologist – to be able to create cocktails.
•A passion for excellent service and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
•Confidence, strength and capability to run a busy bar.
•Ability to read guests and react in an appropriate manner.
•Attentive and pro-active approach with the ability to respond quickly to both guest and management request.
•Immaculate presentation with attention to detail.
•Ability and desire to be part of a team
•Excellent English and communication skills.
