The right person will be able to make spectacular cocktails from our bespoke list, and have a strong, deep, knowledge of all the classics.
Working in Londons coziest bar, with only 12 covers inside, and a large, covered outside space, you will be able to create a great atmosphere every night for our guests.
The right candidate will always be looking for ways to improve the bar, be it creating infusions, organising parties, or maintaining a spotless workstation, and will have been working at supervisor level for at least two years.
This would suit a strong supervisor looking to take charge of their own venue for the first time.
A Stong and engaging personality is essential!
