Looking for a superstar bartender. Calm and controlled under pressure who will be involved in serving exciting cocktails and exquisite wines and delivering excellent customer service.
Parlour is all about British greats and seasonal British 'fayre' served with humour and a bit of finesse. We offer lots of brunch, lunch and dinner everyday, overseen by Chef and Owner Jesse Dunford Wood.
We make everything in house, from the smoked salmon from our cold smoker outside the kitchen, fresh breads made everyday, all the ice creams and chocolates, and also do a lot of butchery in house. We also Brew a mean Ginger beer.
With modern classics like Chicken Kyiv, Cow Pie and 'interesting' Arctic Rolls, to more interesting and creative dishes with the likes of Sea Bass, Duck and Flaming Marshmallows there is a great base of tradition that we stick to and work from.
We make wonderful cocktails, and have a really funky selection of British bottled and draft Beers.
We want to make a mark, stand out from the crowd, but at the same time be familiar and serve it with humour and energy.
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team, but are you our new BARTENDER?
We are a fairly small business, so versatility is a good skill to possess. If you have a passion for cocktails and wine, but also food and setting the right atmosphere, then we would like to hear from you.
If you are prepared to work hard, have fun and buy into what we do, we would love to talk to you.
