The style of service evolves throughout the day from artisan coffee and indulgent brunches to unusual cocktails and craft Beers come evening. This means that the successful candidates should be adaptable and willing to learn all aspects of service.
What we’re looking for

previous experience as a Bartender in a cocktail bar or restaurant environment.
good communication skills and a 'can do' attitude.
