Aviary is an elegant rooftop bar and restaurant in Finsbury Square – just a short walk from Old Street and Moorgate. Located on the 10th floor of the Montcalm Hotel, with fantastic views of the London skyline, alongside a modern British menu, Aviary is the perfect setting to drink and dine, City high.
We are recruiting for passionate, energetic and friendly people to join our team as bartenders. You’ll be the welcoming face of the venue, providing speedy, efficient and engaging service to our guests. You’ll be responsible for creating and serving high quality drinks, as well as providing excellent customer care, as you work closely and effectively alongside your team.
