Thriving high end gastro pub and restaurant is looking to recruit a Bar Manager to join our management team.
Established site has loyal and regular customer base that has high expectations of both food and service.
Customer service is our top priority with the word no very rarely used.
This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, confident, gregarious, friendly, charismatic and personable manager to join a young friendly and hardworking team and be part of this independent business.
We are looking for the perfect host that has style, charisma and the ability to lead a young team in this very busy venue. You should have an outstanding track record in some of London's best bars and eateries, at least 2 years experience at management level and have worked in the industry for at least 5 years. We are looking for someone to come in and take over the running of our bar reporting to the Operations Director.
The candidate will also be required to cover shifts on the floor to assist the General Manager when required so some experience on food service is desirable.

Be passionate about food, wine and good service

Willing to teach and mentor junior staff
experience of putting together cocktail lists and training and developing the bar staff.
