Bar Manager - The Cut - Young Vic Southwark v South Bank
The Cut is set within the Young Vic Theatre in Waterloo, Southwark. An award winning venue buzzing with life and creativity from local business and the world famous theatre's audiences.
The Cut has been awarded best Theatre Bar and Foodie experience in 2014, 2015 and 2021.
We are recruiting for a passionate Bar Manager who can confidently deliver exceptional drinks and service to our customers.
You have the knowledge and experience to expertly develop our cocktail, wine and beer menus. You are a confident and engaging communicator who can inspire and motivate our team with your proactive attitude and leadership. Leading the team through service and training sessions you are going to be integral to The Cut providing its exceptional service of exciting drinks from 8am till midnight 6 days a week.
You have a real pride and passion for what you do and love to engage with staff, customers and suppliers.
You will work closely with the management team to create new and inspiring cocktails, craft beer specials and wines.
