Duddell's Restaurant, from Hong Kong which holds two Michelin Stars, is opening its first London site in St. Thomas Church, London Bridge. This is an historic grade II listed building, set over 2 floors which is being converted into an authentic 96-seat Cantonese restaurant with private dining facilities and a destination bar serving handcrafted cocktails and an impressive selection of wines from some of the World’s finest vineyards. The restaurant is due to open in early November this year.
We are currently looking to recruit a talented and experienced Bar Manager is passionate about hospitality, has the ability to create an innovative craft cocktail with an oriental twist, and who possesses a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
You will work closely with the Opening General Manager to create an innovative beverage menu, source bar equipment, deal with beverage suppliers and build a dedicated and talented bar team who will deliver a first class guest experience to Michelin star standard.
