A well-known and innovative Shoreditch Coffee brand is hiring an experienced Bar Manager to turn the 45 cover venue into London’s best Jazz/Cocktail Bar at night. You will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the venue.

The Role
You will be responsible for turning the venue (45 covers) into London’s best Jazz and Cocktail bar on during the night. This role will involve:
1. Managing All Bar Operations
2. Overseeing All Alcohol Sales
3. Managing Front of House and Bartending Team
4. Stock/Inventory Management and Ordering
You will be working under the Operations Manager of the company who is in full support of innovation, creativity and creating truly memorable experiences.
Role Details
• Salary: £12 Per Hour + a £2,000 Bonus
• Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
• Working Days: 5 Days Per Week Depending on The Role.
• Location: Shoreditch - EC1V
