Brother Marcus is owned by three young friends who started two and a half years ago in south London - Balham. With the success of Balham's brunch they've opened their second site in Angel and attached a dinner menu.

The menu is mediterranean inspired with subtle touches of greek flavours, spices and ingredients run throughout the menu.

We are currently seeking the following position:

Bar manager

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and skilled bar manager. Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, expressing a real passion for food/drinks and customer service.

Bar Manager Duties:
Ordering wine, spirits, Beers and other bar ingredients.
Stock management
Quality control
Cocktail and wine list development
Ensuring excellent Customer Service
Taking deliveries
Working with suppliers
Staff training
Basic computer skills

The perfect candidates will be fast paced and punctual with at least 2 years experience in a similar position.

Fluent English is a must, SIA licence and a personal licence would be a great advantage.
