Grind and Co. Are group of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee Shops with unique character and we’re growing fast! We now have 9 amazing sites across Central and East London, each smashing out coffee, cocktails and food day to night, and last year we opened our own roastery and training lab in Shoreditch. The atmosphere at Grind is fast-paced and vibrant, with strong emphasis on quality and always the best service. So if you have buckets of energy, a passion for amazing coffee, cocktails, food and customer service then we want to hear from you!

We are set for an exciting month and the Grind team are looking to recruit energetic and enthusiastic Floor Members, Cocktail Bartenders, Baristas, Chefs and more to join our team!

The roles
Being a part of the Grind family is demanding, but if you are up for the challenge our staff are highly valued, well rewarded and as a growing business there will lots of room for growth and development. Staff will be paid dependent on experience, and will have a chance to go through our extensive coffee and cocktail training where you will learn everything you need to know to have an amazing time working for us!
We are looking to develop our cocktail and bar culture with an enthusiastic bar manager or supervisor ready to take the next step in their career. As Bar Manager of course we expect the usual stuff on a day-to-day basis; stock takes and control, training and developing your team and amazing customer service. In return we will have a structured personal development plan for you to push your career to the next stages, whatever that may be. Working at Grind you’ll get plenty of training and development, opportunities to create your own drinks, a great environment to work in, discounts at Grind and most importantly an amazing team to work with that make everyday fun.
