We are looking for an ambitious Bar Manager to join our iconic, original Holborn venuea and then train and progress with us as we expand.
Reporting to the AGM and GM, as Bar Manager you will work across all areas of the business with a focus on the bar. However, we'll train you so that you're a pro at running every department as part of your ongoing development.
About you:
- Great people manager with a genuine focus on training.
- Solid knowledge of stock and General Practitioner control and minimising wastage.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about cocktails, spirits, Beers and wines.
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager with exposure to restaurants and/or events.
