The Venue:
The Crazy Bear Fitzrovia is a unique dining destination in the heart of London, situated between Tottenham Court Road and Charlotte Street.
The Crazy Bear is a flamboyant restaurant/bar, offering Thai, Chinese and Japanese dining with 2AA Rosette cuisine and Michelin guide recognition. The dramatically designed cocktail bar also serves highly acclaimed cocktails alongside premium spirits, wines and small plates.
The Role:
As the Bar Manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of  the bar, a team of 10 bartenders and cocktails waitresses, with a real focus on the highest standards of service.
Our cocktail bar offers a premium drinks menus and a lively atmosphere, demanding the highest level of service in a busy environment.
A desire and thirst for knowledge of Champagnes, fine wines and premium spirits is essential to lead this dynamic and vibrant team providing an intuitive and individual service to our guests.
Take responsibility for stock control, including ordering, acceptance, maintenance of stock levels and stock rotation.
We are looking for friendly, hard-working team-player with excellent service skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
