An excellent opportunity for an experienced Baker to join the team of a well-established bespoke bakery in South London.
The main responsibilities:

Prepare dough for baking;
Shape, spread toppings and place dough in pans;
Regulate oven temperature;
Ensure all baked goods are completed on time;
Maintain a clean, healthy and safe work environment.

Main requirements:

Relevant qualifications and proven experience as a Baker;
experience in adjusting thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperature;
Good organisational skills;
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team;
Ability to meet strict deadlines;
Physical ability to stand for the entire shift.

This is a full-time, temporary-to- permanent position with shift pattern, minimum 40 hours per week. The bakery has 24/7 operation and it will include mainly night work.
Pay rate: £10.00-£12.00 p/h depending on experience.
