We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef and Bakery Assistant to join our busy kitchen and fast growing eatery in the heart of Cambridge (one hour away from London). The right candidate must have previous experience as pizza chef and or in a bakery, a real passion for food, positive ‘can do’ attitude and personality.

We are open 7 days a week from 9am to 5/8pm. This is a full time position, up to 5-6 days a week.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Responsibilities:
• To create excellent quality pizzas and focaccias
• Managing the production and quality of the food
• Quality control of stock
• Hygiene and food safety management
• Health and safety management
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness
Applicants must have:
• An understanding of the art of pizza making
• experience working in a fast paced busy pizza kitchen
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised and driven to learn in a busy kitchens
