B Bagel Bakery is an authentic bagel bakery on Fulham Road, London.
We are looking for an experienced baker.
We expect previous experience in bakery but not in bagels – we will provide all relevant bagel making training.
The job involves baking, and making the bagels.
We currently do most of our bagels by hand and some with a machine.
Your daily routine will be –
05:45-07:45 – baking bagels, baguettes and different kind of pastries.
07:45-10:30 – making the bagels – mixing, shaping, proofing, storing in the cold room.
11:00-12:00 – baking another batch of bagels.
12:00-14:00 – making the bagels - mixing, shaping, proofing, storing in the cold room.
14:00 – 15:00 - Final baking of the day and cleaning the bakery.
