Cuppacoff Ltd are looking to recruit for an Assistant Manager in our Yiewsley store.
Responsibilities for Manager:
• Managing Team Members
• Monitoring stock and ordering products
• Maintaining brand standards
• Provide a consistently high quality product and service to customers
• Maintain a professional and fun working environment
• Liaise with other Senior Management regarding Marketing and Business development
• Ensure that Health and Safety and highest standards of cleanliness are upheld at all times
Requirements:
• Previous Manager experience
• A good team leader with plenty of self-motivation.
• Able to communicate clearly with a variety of people at all levels.
• Committed to the needs of the customer
• Well-presented and enthusiastic
• Adaptable and a quick thinker prepared to make decisions.
• At home in a fast-moving, pressurised environment.
• Excellent command of English with a good telephone manner
• Efficient and well organised
• Ability to use own initiative
• Proactive Attitude
• Capable of working under pressure with a calm approach
• Able to Plan and Prioritize
• Must have the right to work in the U.K
• Previous experience in operating franchised concepts and maintaining brand standards would be an advantage.
Hours:
The hours of trade will require complete flexibility.
