We are a small but perfectly formed restaurant group in West London looking for an experienced Assistant Manager at our restaurant and bar, The Oak W12 near Ravenscourt Park.
Now in its 5th year, The Oak W12 continues to impress regulars and first-timers alike. Our restaurant menu is very much Mediterranean with an emphasis on Italy, Spain and France, sourcing top quality ingredients from local suppliers and creating simple but delicious dishes. The wood fired oven and our talented pizzaiolos bring a highlight of authentic Italian pizzas to the menu.
It is important for us to provide a relaxed and friendly environment for our customers with a professional, knowledgeable but casual style of service.
Candidates will ideally have previous leadership experience in a London restaurants. They must have an understanding of working both the bar and floor, be willing to work weekdays/nights and weekends on a flexible Rota and be capable of working to a high standard under pressure.

£28’000 Starting salary, this includes a fluctuating service charge.
Full time is 6 shifts over 7 days with 2 days off per week.
