Assistant Manager - POLPO Notting Hill
POLPO is a Venetian bàCaro - a humble restaurant serving simple but authentic food all freshly prepared on-site, paired with young Italian wines and classic Italian aperitivo cocktails.
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to support and work closely with the General Manager, leading and developing our small, close-knit team at POLPO.

Loves unique and original food and drinks and understands the importance of consistently creating the best experience for our teams and customers.
Has experience in a busy restaurant and excellent hospitality skills. You must enjoy looking after people and putting them at the centre of everything that you do!
Wants to support and work as part of a close-knit team.
Speaks great English and has a positive, honest, can-do attitude.
Valid right to work in the UK is essential.
