Our Assistant Managers are passionate, people oriented, detail and standards focused. Many of our Assistant Managers have been home grown and developed from Team member to Assistant Managers and some from come with experience in a similar food retail chain, or in a fast paced hospitality environment. They look after the in’s and out’s of the working week and are very much our next GMs in the making. In fact, many are our current GMs! Some stores require evening and weekend work as some stores work on a shift Rota basis.
The Assistant Manager will be empowered to achieve great things with your General Managers and are involved in the development of the team and are growing and learning every day. Their role is predominantly in the detail of the operations and help shape a brilliant store.
