Fun and quirky venue in central London is looking for a passionate assistant manager to join the growing team! As an assistant manager you must be hard working and reliable with a high standard in customer service. You would work as a part of a small team but the company has other projects and sites so there is definitely a room for career progression in the future.
Daily tasks and activities would include: ·
Proactively assist in approaching and driving new business, using such techniques as visiting sites in person or other promotional projects.·
Organise and conduct venue events and promotions alongside the team, briefing and motivating them.
Work closely with management to constantly keep improving all aspects of the business including promotions, events , marketing and etc·
Day to day atmosphere management is key.
The role is very versatile, it requires a motivated and organised person who would be looking to make a change and get recognised for their achievements. Hospitality experience would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate must also:
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
Be extremely service orientated
Be organised and have the best front of house and housekeeping standards.
Be able to demonstrate sound observation skills during a busy service period.
Be able to project a professional image.
Have a “can do” attitude.
- Hold a valid personal license.
